EZCare is designed for Employer Services for DOTs, Pre-employment physicals, comprehensive testing, drug screenings, worker’s compensation to best serve the community and your business.

Certified DOT Physicals
The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has mandated that DOT physicals are performed by a Certified Medical Examiner (CME) following a strict process. We strongly recommend you bring a list of medications and any relevant cardiac and/or neurologic medical records when seen for your appointment as well as any other necessary documentation.
EZCare Walk-In centers can provide the following services in all our clinics.
