Jessica received her undergraduate degree at Dabney S. Lancaster Community College in Clifton Forge, Virginia with an Associate of Science degree in Nursing in 2004.

Jessica began her nursing career in the emergency department at LewisGale Hospital Alleghany in Low Moor, Virginia where she worked as a nursing extern in 2003. In 2004, she transitioned to a Registered Nurse in the emergency department where she was employed until 2016.

While working as a registered nurse, Jessica chose to continue her nursing education. She graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2007. She later graduated from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. with a Master of Science degree in Nursing in 2015.

Jessica received certification status from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015 and remains in good status. She has been a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Virginia since 2015.

Jessica joined the Alliance Xpress Urgent Care team full time when the clinic opened in April 2016.

She is certified in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. She is a member of the National Registry for Certified Medical Examiners.

Jessica is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Jessica enjoys working with in urgent care and emergency medicine. “I enjoy working in the same community where I reside and plan on doing so for years to come!” she states.

Susan received her undergraduate degrees from West Virginia University, located in Morgantown, WV & Radford University, located in Radford, VA. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Family & Consumer Sciences, focusing on adolescents through adulthood in 1998 from West Virginia. In 2002, she returned back to school, to pursue her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, at Radford, graduating in 2005.

Susan began her career in Roanoke, VA at the Adult Care Center of Roanoke Valley, where she worked for approximately 3 years as a Care Manager and Respite Coordinator. When returning back to school, she worked as a Social Worker Assistant at the Virginia Veterans Care Center and also started working at Carlion Clinic as a nursing assistant on a Stroke Unit. After obtaining her nursing degree in 2005, Susan continued to work at Carilion Clinic until 2020, as a registered nurse. As a registered nurse, Susan has worked in medical surgical(GI/ GYN), cardiac catheter post-op, heart failure, cardiac surgery step down, vascular step down, neuro- vascular ICU, cardiac rehabilitation, behavioral health, and in long term care as a Unit Manager.

While working as a registered nurse, Susan chose to continue her nursing education. She returned back to school at Radford University in Radford, VA where she obtained her Doctorate degree of Nursing Practice, graduating in December 2018.

Susan received certification status from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019 and remains in good status. She has been a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Virginia since 2020.

Susan joined the Alliance Xpress Urgent Care team full time in 2020, where she has worked in both facilities and will now remain a part of the Covington care team.

She is certified in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Behavioral Management, and Basic Life Support for the Open Heart.

Susan is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nursing Association, and Preventive Cardiovascular Nursing Association.

Susan spent most of her training, providing services to those most vulnerable in provider shortage areas and enjoys working in rural areas, as well as in urgent care. She states she is delighted about serving the Covington Community and hopes she can make a difference in those she serves. In her free time, Susan, enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and two boys, family and friends, and she loves to travel. Also, when able, she enjoys volunteering to meet other communities’ needs.

Lindsey received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Charleston in 2017. She was a collegiate athlete all four years of college, participating on both the Cross Country and Track teams.

Lindsey started her nursing career at Charleston Area Medical Center General Division as a Registered Nurse in the Neuro Science Intensive Care Unit. Once she started FNP school, she worked as both an Intensive Care Nurse at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center, as well as a Charge Nurse at a skilled nursing facility in Low Moor, VA.

Lindsey attended Nurse Practitioner school at Marshall University and graduated with her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2021. Lindsey is certified through the American Nursing Credentialing Center and has been a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2021.

When not caring for her patients, Lindsey enjoys spending time with family, running, and traveling.

Jaclyn has been with EZCARE since July of 2021.  Graduating from the College of West Virginia, Jaclyn has been a Physician’s Assistant for 22 years. She has a wide range of experience including – Urgent Care,  Family Practice, Peds and Psychiatry.  

She loves being a PA, but when not at work, she enjoys time with her husband, 6 kids, friends and pets!
