About EZCare Walk-In Medical Centers
Walk-in care for minor illnesses and injuries, close to home in West Virginia and Virginia.
Who we are
EZCare Walk-In Medical Centers treat minor illnesses and injuries without an appointment. We are open extended hours, with Saturday hours at every clinic and Sunday hours at select locations, so you can get care when your regular doctor’s office is closed or booked.
Our clinics serve patients 12 months and older. Walk in, or save your spot online: every EZCare location offers online booking and registration.

Our Dublin clinic was formerly Alliance Xpress Urgent Care and now operates as EZCare Walk-In Medical Center. Our corporate office is at 1100 9th Street, Upper E, Vienna, WV 26105.
Our providers
Our team includes 19 nurse practitioners and physician assistants who live and work in the communities they serve. Many bring years of experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, family practice and pediatrics, and several have been with EZCare since 2016 and 2017.
What we treat
- Urgent care for colds, flu, infections, sprains, cuts and closed fractures, with X-ray on site
- Pediatric urgent care for children 12 months to 18 years
- COVID-19, flu and strep testing and RSV testing
- Flu shots and school and sports physicals
- Allergy testing, weight loss management and cosmetic treatments at select locations
- Employer services: DOT physicals, pre-employment physicals, drug testing and workplace injury care
Insurance and self-pay
EZCare participates with most health insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, Medicaid, PEIA, Tricare and United Healthcare. Without insurance, self-pay rates generally range from $80 to $225, depending on the care you need. See all accepted insurance.

Is EZCare the same as Alliance Xpress Urgent Care?
Our Dublin, VA, clinic was formerly Alliance Xpress Urgent Care and is now EZCare Walk-In Medical Center at the same address, 5275 Alexander Road.
