EZCare Walk-In Medical Center is able to perform required physicals for school, sports, camp, and work. Just stop in when it’s convenient for you. Our centers offer the convenience of not needing appointments and are open for extended hours.

During the exam, an EZCare provider will review your child’s medical history, perform a comprehensive physical exam, and provide useful information on injury prevention. We can also complete and sign participation or school forms. Just bring the necessary forms along for your visit, and if your child wears glasses, bring those too.
