Meet our fantastic Moorefield Providers!

Carla Sine, PA-C

Carla graduated from St Francis University in 1999 with a bachelor degree in Physician Assistant sciences. She has worked various areas of medicine including urgent care, internal medicine, infectious disease and nephrology. Urgent care has captured her most interest.

Carla enjoys spending time with her family, especially her husband, 2 grandchildren and 2 wonderful dogs. She enjoys being on trails with her jeep, camping, nascar races and scrapbooking all the fun events in her life.

Leigh Ann Walters, PA-C

Leigh Ann Walters graduated from WVU in 2005 with a Biology degree. She attended Alderson-Broaddus College and graduated with a masters in Physician Assistant studies in 2008.

Leigh Ann and her husband have a daughter, 4 pugs, and 3 cats. Her hobbies include skiing, kayaking, and travel.

Tina Waldron, APRN

Tina joined our EZCARE team in 2020. She has 10 years of ER experience along with CVICU, and ICU. She also has extensive training in Pediatrics, Women’s Health, Internal Medicine, and Family Practice. She has an excellent relationship with patients and is happy to be providing medical care to her local communities.

Tina lives in Maysville WV with her husband and three boys. She enjoys spending time with family and her many pets. Her hobbies include riding ATVS, kayaking, and fishing.

Kirby Fazio, APRN

Kirby has been with EZCARE, New Martinsville, WV since 2017. Kirby excelled in all of her nursing studies, just as she does with the treatment and care of her patients at EZCARE.

Kirby’s experience covers a wide range of specialties including Neonatology, ER, Gastroenterology and Urgent Care. Kirby resides in Wheeling with her husband and three young boys. We appreciate Kirby and the excellent care and concern she shows to all of our EZCARE patients.

Deborah Coen - NP

Debbie has been with EZCare for 3 years. She has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2010. Debbie has a large range of experience including several years in the Emergency Department, Urgent Care and has also been a Nursing Instructor.

Debbie enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids and three dogs on her days off.

Megan Britton - NP

Megan has been a nurse practitioner since 2015 and an RN since 2004. She graduated from The Ohio State University with her Master’s degrees in Nursing. She has experience in family medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, addiction medicine, neurology, and geriatrics.

When she isn’t working, she loves to spend time with her husband and 2 girls outside on their farm in Monroe County.

Ashley Dierkes, PA-C

Ashley joined EZ Care New Martinsville in 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience in healthcare. She earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Marietta College in 2012, and has spent the majority of her career in the Emergency Department before transitioning to Urgent Care. With her extensive background in managing a wide range of emergent, urgent, and chronic conditions, Ashley is well-equipped to provide exceptional care to her patients.

Currently residing in Woodsfield, Ohio, Ashley enjoys spending her free time with her husband and their three young children.

Meet Our Providers – Dublin Office

LeAnn Meredith MSN, FNP-BC

LeAnn graduated from Wytheville Community College in Wytheville, Virginia in 1999 with an associate degree in Nursing. She graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. LeAnn returned to school in 2015 and graduated from Radford University (previously Jefferson College of Health Sciences), Roanoke, Virginia in May of 2018 with a Master’s in the Science of Nursing with a major of Family Nurse Practitioner.

LeAnn received Family Nurse Practitioner certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) in 2018. She has been a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Virginia since 2018. LeAnn is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nursing Association, and the Oncology Nursing Society.

LeAnn is certified in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Pediatric Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Chemotherapy administration, and Nexplanon insertion. She has also completed Buprenorphine waiver training.

LeAnn began her nursing career in 1999 working in a Progressive Care Unit at Lewis Gale Montgomery. While working in the hospital setting, LeAnn completed critical care management classes. LeAnn learned chemotherapy administration and performed peritoneal dialysis. She performed conscious sedation and inserted PICC lines when needed.

LeAnn continued her nursing career at Blue Ridge Cancer Care from 2006 until graduation in 2018. She worked as the New River Valley Manager and handled the daily activities of multiple offices. LeAnn administered chemotherapy, iron infusions and performed therapeutic phlebotomies.

LeAnn began her nurse practitioner care in pain management in 2018. LeAnn was trained in both small and large joint injections, tendon of origin injections, and bursa injections.

LeAnn joined the Alliance Xpress Urgent Care team in 2019 as a full-time provider in the Dublin office. LeAnn makes every effort to treat patients with compassion and empathy during the time of illness or injury.

LeAnn enjoys spending her time with her family. LeAnn and her husband, Joe, have five children to keep them on their toes. She also spoils the fur babies, Daisy, Cooper, and Lillie. LeAnn enjoys her farm life and enjoys decorating.

Cassidy Hensley, FNP

Cassidy Hensley, Nurse Practitioner has been with Alliance Xpress Urgent Care part time for more than 2 years. Cassidy works full time in primary care practice with Ballad Health Rural Retreat. Cassidy is certified through American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has been an FNP for 8 years.

Cassidy received her associate degree from Wytheville Community College in 2007, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from King University in 2011. She finished her education obtaining a Masters of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University.

When she is not providing excellent patient care, Cassidy she enjoys spending time with her husband and her 2 sons playing outdoors and traveling.

Amanda “Mandy” Arnold FNP-C

Mandy has been with EZ Care full time since 2023. She received her RN degree from Virginia Highlands Community College and her FNP degree from King University. Collectively, she has been in the nursing field for 13 years. She has experience in Family Practice, Emergency Room, Progressive/Intensive Care, and Interventional Radiology.

As a teenager, Mandy knew she wanted to help others in a positive manner. She joined the fire department at that time and served her community. She also served as a volunteer EMT for several years. Helping others around her is a passion and her true calling.

Mandy lives in Sugar Grove, VA with her family. In her spare time, she enjoys planning Disney trips, going to Disney World, reading, watching her kids participate in sports and band, and (of course) cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs!

Her favorite quotes are “Remember why you started; you are going to save lives” and “Go Dawgs! Sic ‘em!!”.

Meet Our Providers – Covington Office

Jessica Scruggs, NP-C

Jessica received her undergraduate degree at Dabney S. Lancaster Community College in Clifton Forge, Virginia with an Associate of Science degree in Nursing in 2004.

Jessica began her nursing career in the emergency department at LewisGale Hospital Alleghany in Low Moor, Virginia where she worked as a nursing extern in 2003. In 2004, she transitioned to a Registered Nurse in the emergency department where she was employed until 2016.

While working as a registered nurse, Jessica chose to continue her nursing education. She graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2007. She later graduated from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. with a Master of Science degree in Nursing in 2015.

Jessica received certification status from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015 and remains in good status. She has been a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Virginia since 2015.

Jessica joined the Alliance Xpress Urgent Care team full time when the clinic opened in April 2016.

She is certified in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. She is a member of the National Registry for Certified Medical Examiners.

Jessica is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Jessica enjoys working with in urgent care and emergency medicine. “I enjoy working in the same community where I reside and plan on doing so for years to come!” she states.

Lindsey McClintic, FNP

Lindsey received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Charleston in 2017. She was a collegiate athlete all four years of college, participating on both the Cross Country and Track teams.

Lindsey started her nursing career at Charleston Area Medical Center General Division as a Registered Nurse in the Neuro Science Intensive Care Unit. Once she started FNP school, she worked as both an Intensive Care Nurse at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center, as well as a Charge Nurse at a skilled nursing facility in Low Moor, VA.

Lindsey attended Nurse Practitioner school at Marshall University and graduated with her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2021. Lindsey is certified through the American Nursing Credentialing Center and has been a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2021.

When not caring for her patients, Lindsey enjoys spending time with family, running, and traveling.

Jaclyn Adkins, PA-C

Jaclyn has been with EZCARE since July of 2021. Graduating from the College of West Virginia, Jaclyn has been a Physician’s Assistant for 22 years. She has a wide range of experience including – Urgent Care, Family Practice, Peds and Psychiatry.

She loves being a PA, but when not at work, she enjoys time with her husband, 6 kids, friends and pets!

Christie W. Priem MSN FNP-BC

Mrs. Priem resides in Cheat Lake WV with her husband Ed, and her two children Nick and Lexi. She has over 20 years of Urgent Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner and another ten years of pediatric experience working at large academic medical centers including Duke University, the Medical College of Virginia, and West Virginia University hospitals. Christie attended WVU school of nursing and Wheeling Jesuit for her graduate degree.

In her free time, she enjoys walking her two dogs at cheat lake, and attending her daughter’s volleyball and lacrosse games, and attending mountaineer football games with her husband and son.

Sylvia “Jane” Heston NP

Jane has been with EZ Care since 2023. She is a life-long resident of Marion County and received her degree from WVU. She has 20 years of experience as a nurse practitioner. Her career focus has been Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care. She has worked at both small, rural clinics and large academic emergency departments. When not at work, she spends most of her time with her children’s sports and school activities. She enjoys hiking, camping, and volunteering at her church.
