Our medical team is here seven days a week to provide efficient care at an affordable price. We are able to address and treat most common illnesses and injuries and also offer convenient services such as physicals, X-rays, and labs. We offer Urgent Care, pediatric care, COVID and RSV testing, Occupational Health DOT and drug screenings for employers. Just walk in to get the care you need, when you need it.

LeAnn Meredith MSN, FNP-BC
LeAnn received Family Nurse Practitioner certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) in 2018. She has been a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Virginia since 2018. LeAnn is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nursing Association, and the Oncology Nursing Society.
LeAnn is certified in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Pediatric Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Chemotherapy administration, and Nexplanon insertion. She has also completed Buprenorphine waiver training.
LeAnn began her nursing career in 1999 working in a Progressive Care Unit at Lewis Gale Montgomery. While working in the hospital setting, LeAnn completed critical care management classes. LeAnn learned chemotherapy administration and performed peritoneal dialysis. She performed conscious sedation and inserted PICC lines when needed.
LeAnn continued her nursing career at Blue Ridge Cancer Care from 2006 until graduation in 2018. She worked as the New River Valley Manager and handled the daily activities of multiple offices. LeAnn administered chemotherapy, iron infusions and performed therapeutic phlebotomies.
LeAnn began her nurse practitioner care in pain management in 2018. LeAnn was trained in both small and large joint injections, tendon of origin injections, and bursa injections.
LeAnn joined the Alliance Xpress Urgent Care team in 2019 as a full-time provider in the Dublin office. LeAnn makes every effort to treat patients with compassion and empathy during the time of illness or injury.
LeAnn enjoys spending her time with her family. LeAnn and her husband, Joe, have five children to keep them on their toes. She also spoils the fur babies, Daisy, Cooper, and Lillie. LeAnn enjoys her farm life and enjoys decorating.
Amanda “Mandy” Arnold FNP-C
Mandy has been with EZ Care full time since 2023. She received her RN degree from Virginia Highlands Community College and her FNP degree from King University. Collectively, she has been in the nursing field for 13 years. She has experience in Family Practice, Emergency Room, Progressive/Intensive Care, and Interventional Radiology.
As a teenager, Mandy knew she wanted to help others in a positive manner. She joined the fire department at that time and served her community. She also served as a volunteer EMT for several years. Helping others around her is a passion and her true calling.
Mandy lives in Sugar Grove, VA with her family. In her spare time, she enjoys planning Disney trips, going to Disney World, reading, watching her kids participate in sports and band, and (of course) cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs!

Raegan McGrady NP
Raegan has been a board-certified family nurse practitioner since 2022. She started working towards her nursing goals in high school as a certified nursing assistant. Raegan then completed her Associate of Science in Nursing from New River Community College in 2010. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017 from Old Dominion University. In 2022 Raegan completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Radford University and became board certified through the American Nursing Credentialing Center.
Raegan has a strong background in working with the older population with 16 years of experience in the long-term care and rehabilitation setting. Raegan’s experience in education for CNAs and nursing students makes her a great listener. Raegan enjoys getting to know her patient’s and wants them to feel like they are heard and understood. She also enjoys teaching patients about their health conditions, management, and treatment options.
